Return & Refund Policy

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Here’s all you need to know.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 7 days .
  • Please return your products in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  • Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 
  • For all exchanges, a logistic charge of Rs 150 per product will be applied.

Refund Policy 

  • For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
  • Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  • For Prepaid orders , return amount will be processed in your Bank Account within 7 working days after receiving and checking the returned parcel.
  • A reverse shipment of Rs 150 will be deducted at the time of refund per product.

    SAPPER 2.0 is the vision brought to life by Sunena Bhavsinghka and Sunil Kumar, who together revamped the brand, blending legacy with innovation to create a fresh, modern identity.

    Sunena Bhavsinghka hails from a family with over 50 years of expertise in the textile and apparel industry. A graduate in Economics, she further honed her skills with a Master's degree in Garment Manufacturing Technology from Pearl Academy of Fashion. With 15 years of hands-on experience working across manufacturing units and export houses, she is the driving force behind SAPPER front-end vision, focusing on design, quality, and customer experience.

    Sunil Kumar, a B.Tech graduate with a positive and strategic mindset, manages the backend technology at SAPPER .His innovative approach ensures that every aspect of the brand’s digital presence and operations runs seamlessly, empowering the company’s growth in the digital age.
