Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sapper.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Here’s all you need to know.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • Please send the product back to us in its original condition.
  • Keep the receipts and tags on, if they are off. No returns will possible.
  • You have 7 days to return them.
  • In case of returns, we will refund the complete amount. The amount will reflect in your bank account 5-7 days from the day we receive the returned product in original condition.

 

Refunds

In case you’ve cancelled an order or returned a product, we give our sapper family the option of a refund. Here are a few things you’ll have to remember:

  • Once we receive the item – we’ll send you an email/SMS to let you know of approval/rejection of your refund.
  • Once the refund is approved – the amount will be credited and reflected via your original mode of payment within 5-7 days.
  • For COD Orders – We will send a link via email and text. Quickly get your amount credited in your account.
